Gary James' iPad for Sydnie
Gary James is going to be driving from Connecticut to Grand Rapids, MI to deliver an iPad to Sydnie. Sydnie has cancer and she will shortly be entering hospital for treatment for 2 months. Only 4 people will be allowed to have access to her during this time. Gary is going to give Sydnie and iPad loaded with apps in the hope that this will help pass the time easier.
Her brother has special needs so this family will use the iPad in many ways - this is a double blessing for them.
I'm raising money in the hope that we can cover Gary's costs relating to this trip. Gas is expensive right now and together with the cost of food and an overnight stay, Gary will easily spend $800 in out of pockets. Any money that he doesn't spend on the trip will go to Sydnie's family to help with their considerable medical expenses.
